Seng's Birthday @ Hau Kee 22032008
We had an early celebration for Seng's 25th birthday @ Hau Kee yesterday night.
Since he likes to eat rice, so we purposely had this in Hau Kee so that we can order dishes which he likes especially pork!
It was raining heavily in the evening but fortunately every one was on time for the dinner!
We had pre-ordered the food which inclusive of marmite crab, salty-egg prawns, 京都骨, 夏威夷果炒蓮藕,四大天王,一桶雞 and another 3 more dishes.
You know what, all together we had 17 people for the dinner. We thought we will have to separate in sitting 2 tables, but the restaurant has a really big table which was able to fit all of us in 1 BIG table!!! Geng!!!
This dish reminds me of 美女廚房.
As the girls did the same in one of the episodes.
Inside this tofu bag was some cut vege and waxed meat.
Not bad, but the waxed meat is a bit hard to chew.
The cheese cake with chocolate cake base.
It doesn't looks nice but trust me, it's delicious!!!

Will be my turn soon...unbelievable that we're in mid-20 now.

Outing with High School Mates
This outing was on early February.
Ms. Loh was supposed to join in as well.
But too bad she could not make it!!
We went to Yo Sushi for lunch and tea break in Big Apple.
For Yo Sushi, I think it's too pricey with just small portion of the food!
Taste so-so only.
Don't think will go for the second time. >_<

After Sushi, it's donuts time!!!
Since we like sweet desserts, donuts will be our great choice!!!
Fortunately there was no long queue like J.Co in Pavilion, that's crazy to get donuts that way!

Swollen Left Eye
SIGH..........................
It happens so frequently!!! 3 times in 3 months!!!
I'm not sure is it because of the food I ate which caused the sensitiveness or perhaps my body has 假火.
It's so irritating and it hurts every time I close or open my left eye.
Last time is the lower part of the eye whereas now is the upper part of the eyelid......
Haiz....................really sien of it..............keep on coming on and off..............
I shall be eating very plain food nowadays....
No more FRIED stuffs, SEAFOOD, and food with NUTS too!
I foresee I shall be able to lose some weights due to this.

I miss the cherries in Huon.
I miss the Fish & Chips + Ice Creams in Salamanca.
I miss the historical beauty in Richmond.
I miss the chocolate trip to Cadbury as well as the free chocolates given.
I miss the shopping in Hobart.
I miss the walk to the nearby pond where we can feed the birds.
I miss the clean air, great scenic, hassle-free relax life in Tasmania.
So when is our next trip? I wanna stay there for months!!!
Heard that there'll be Factory Outlets and new shopping malls around the airport.
Time to save money for another trip!
Endless trip but limited $$$.... =(

Langkawi OR Tioman??
The destination for my company trip will either be LANGKAWI or TIOMAN.
Everyone will have to vote for the destination that they will like to go.
For me, of course I'll be choosing LANGKAWI!!!!!
At least I can buy ABSOLUTE VODKA and can drink my favourite ASAHI, KAMPAI at super cheap price!!!
Will be having chocolate madness too!!!
I love buying HERSHEY'S Semi-Sweet Dark Chocolate over there!!!
I don't like Tioman is because I didn't have a good time there during my visit few years ago.
Oh well, I hope I'll be having good time no matter where we go in the end.
Good Bonus will make me a Happy Girl!!! =)

What is THIS??
It's ENZYME FEVER nowadays!!!
All the aunties are making Fruits Enzyme!!!
How to make Fruits Enzyme??
1) Clean & dry the fruits (eg: Orange, Apple, Lemon, Dragon Fruit...)
2) Cut the fruits in cubes or slices
3) Prepare a transparent bottle and put 1 layer of fruit, 1 layer of cane sugar and follows by 1 layer of lemon slices.
4) Close the bottle tightly and put it aside for 2 weeks.
It's ENZYME FEVER nowadays!!!
All the aunties are making Fruits Enzyme!!!
