New Workstation

Gonna shift my workstation again very soon!
The second time in this company!
And I'm going to sit near the ENTRANCE!!
Hearing the "BEEP", "BANG" sounds of the door everyday!!
Fortunately or not my big boss let us decide the sitting, partition of the new workstation.
I told him I DO NOT WANT to see anyone who pass by my side, so I'll be having 4 1/2' feet partition, the same as my old workstation now. As they proposed to have 3 1/2' feet previously!!
Siao!! I totally object that of course!!

And I'll request them to adjust the "BEEP" sound of the entrance to as low as possible.
It's so IRRITATING!!
Imagining you're in the midst of running and doing a report, but suddenly the "BEEP" chops of everything!!

Another thing that I'll need to cope with.
My big boss like to smoke at his own room!
For those who sit nearby his room like me, will definitely get to smell the 2nd-hand smoke!!
Gosh, I'll raise this issue with him very soon for the sake of my health!!!

Clearing Shits

Crappy about WORK.

Actually I should foresee this after the launch of v 7.2.
As some of the special clients will be getting v 7.3 instead v 7.2.
Why?
Because there's a major bug in v 7.2 for the package that they are subscribing.

In order to launch v 7.3, we'll need to do a thorough testing beforehand.
Testing Again!!! @_@
Follow up will be the training for the clients, I think I have to arrange 4 classes for my side.

Then the stupid one and only satellite provider in Malaysia required special workshop to guide their team members.
I have to arrange a class for that.
How come they can be doing channel sales but do not really know how do panel homes work?
They can directly know how to fly without learning how to walk first huh!?

I hope I'll be able to clear all the shits before the trip.

Jo's Belated Birthday Celebrations

It was a belated birthday celebrations for Jo as well as a gathering for a few of us.
We knew we will be chatting non-stop, thus decided to have our lunch at this cozy Japanese restaurant : Yuzu @ The Gardens.

Ping Ling & I order the Soba set (Rm 38) below to share.
Look at it, so many things together in a set.
The table is just enough for us once the other sets came.
I like the sauce for soba noodles, which is the little bowl at the bottom right corner there.
You will need to mix the sauce with the grated yam (the little cup beside the sauce).

Happy Birthday Jo~~
May you have a wonderful year ahead!!
Stay Pretty ya ^^

Poupee Girl

Poupee Girl

Bon-Odori!

Yukata

Bangkok Trip Day 4 (Last Day)

Day 4: Breakfast @ Urban House

We'll be going to Chatucak before heading to the airport.
Thus will need to eat something light before we start the "war" in Chatucak.

*Toast bread +Milk+Orange*

Since most of the shops are still in the midst of opening when we arrived, thus we went to a shop and ordered some food before we really start to walk.

*Stewed Pork Rice with egg*

*Pork balls noodles*

It was so so so HOT and STUFFY walking inside Chatucak. And we kept on walking around the same area. We were so tired and just wanna sit down to have a rest after walking for maybe 1-2 hours. Ended up in this stall which is selling stewed pork rice too. The owner can speak Teo Chew, easier for us to order food instead of pointing here and there.

The Stewed Pork is so tasty as compare to the previous stall we went.
It's only RM 3 per plate!!
The gravy is so nice till I finished the whole plate of rice.

Aunty is also selling Kuey Teow with Fish Balls (RM3).
Bro likes the Stewed Pork so much till he wanna order and take away back to KL!
He really did that, but only buying a pack which cost RM 10.
Didn't dare to buy the whole Pork Knuckle as we were afraid that the security in the airport will thought that we were carrying liquid bomb!! (豬腳bomb^^)

After the yummylicious Stewed Pork, time for us going back to the guest house to pack our things. (Just to put everything into the luggage)

We still have some free time after the packing part...So...Fuji, we are coming again!!!
Went to Fuji in Silom Complex.
Eating again!!! But we ordered the food to share.

*The Special Lunch Set, around RM 20++*

*The beef cubes are so tender & juicy*

*The sweet sauce is so nice to go with the fine garlic and celery*

*So happy as I'm surrounded with Yummy Food!!!*

*This grilled sotong tasted X100 times better than T&K Seafood*

*Fried Udon*

After the satisfying lunch at Fuji, it was time for us to go back to guest house to catch the cab to airport.
Our makan trip didn't end just like that, we had the VAT refund got back RM 60++.
Spending the money to eat at Mango Tree in the airport.

*Fried Pad Thai, the one in Siam Paragon still is the best I had for this trip*

*Fried Rice with Prawns*

Okay, so this is it for my trip to Bangkok this round.
Definetely a satisfying eating trip.
I shall end this post with a very satisfying pic too....................

Bangkok Trip Day 3

Really out dated post for the trip, as it already passed 2 months!
But I'll jot down everything I ate which I enjoyed so much!!!

********************************************************************

Day 3: Lunch @ Banana Leaf restaurant, Silom Complex

The owner of the guest house recommended us to eat at "Banana Leaf" restaurant at Silom Complex, which located within 15 mins walking distance from our place.
She told us Banana Leaf is serving authentic Thai Food and the price is reasonable!
So we had our lunch there and the restaurant was still empty around 11.30am, but was packed with office workers during lunch time!! Really fully pack, so this proof that the food is nice as it was mostly locals eating there except us.

These were what we had ordered:

* The must-order Tom Yum Kung*

*Deep Fried Veggies, but I forgot what veggies is this. The texture is like eating Tempura*

*Sweet+ Sour+ Spicy minced pork which comes with the Deep Fried Veggies*

*Another must-order: Pad Thai*

* Steam Fish with Lime*

*The gravy is to my liking. Spicy and Sour, making me craving for more*

*Deep Fried Crab Meat Balls*

In the end, the total bill was only around RM 85, freaking cheap as comparing to eating Thai Food in KL!!! Moreover this restaurant is located inside a shopping complex!!!

Will definitely be going there again next trip!! I wanna order Oyster Omelet which I saw so many people ordered that dish!!!

Day 3: Late Afternoon @ Ekamai

We went for foot massage at Ekamai after lunch. On the way walking back to BTS station, we saw this special cafe which is selling local Thai coffee. Since we're not rushing back to the guest house, so we dropped down there to try their coffee and Fish Cakes!!

* Did you see the guy sitting at the left-hand side?*

*He was looking at me taking pics here and there, so decided to take a pic of him too*

*Mum and I together with the Mix tea and Coffee*

*It has such a big outdoor space outside the cafe!!!*

The "Cham" (Milk Tea+Coffee) is very nice!!! And we ordered Fish Cakes as tea-time snack!

*The fish cake is so fresh till you can see the fish bones!!*

* One thing I like the most in Bangkok will be the special sauce for deep fried food!!! There will be peanuts, cucumber cubes and celery inside*

Day 3: Late Evening @ Siam Square

We went to Siam Square after Foot Massage to do some shopping.
One thing I like traveling to Bangkok is whereby you'll find that:

TIME PASSES VERY SLOW IN BANGKOK = YOU WILL HAVE MORE TIME TO SHOP AND WALK AROUND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's why we still have time to go for Swensen's.

Ordered one set of Chocolate Fondue which is only around RM 25!!! There are 9 big scoops of ice cream whereby we can choose any 9 flavors that we like together with some fruits and a piece of chocolate brownie.

Day 3: Dinner @ Chinatown

Bro wanna eat seafood tonight. So here we are at Chinatown, Bangkok!!!
T&K Seafood

*Curry Crabmeat, should not order this, not nice at all. Some more it was served not hot enough!! BLEH ><*

*The sauces for you to dip*

*Grilled Sotong, not nice too!!*

*Fried Rice with Prawns*

*Fried Morning Glory*

*Grilled Tiger prawns*

*Grilled Fish*

Overall, I will not recommend you to eat here.
The food is really just so-so...
This meal cost us around RM 100++. I think we can eat a better seafood meal in Klang with the same amount of money.

But you can see the other side of Chinatown at night, the hustling and bustling of the street.
Whole stretch of street which is full with road side hawkers selling all sorts of food!!!
Totally different side from what I saw during the day in Chinatown on my last trip.
There's a wholesale street nearby Chinatown which is called "Sampheng Market" selling all those accessories like earrings, bracelets, necklaces, belts, key chains.
You'll need to buy in bulks (either 6 or 12 pieces) in order to get a cheaper price.
