DIY Vegetarian Japanese Curry^^

Just cooked a big pot of Vegetarian Japanese Curry today (has been having lots of meats for the past few days!)

I bought the pack of Vermont Japanese Curry at the Japanese Food Fair in Jusco, MV. It's so cheap, only Rm 9.90 as the usual price is RM 16.90.

So basically I just put in onions, carrots and potatoes into the curry. You can add in chicken meat if you want to.

It's really easy to cook as compare to the usual curry or rendang that we have.
Mum and I also think that it will be good to use this curry as the fillings for curry puffs or samosa!!
Yummy ^_________^
